Can you hear that sweet melody coming from the place de l'Opéra in the heart of Lille? These are the artists, the musicians who rehearse their scales inside this Neoclassical theatre dating from 1923 and which was classed as a historic monument in 1999. Do not miss this majestic monument, whose facade was designed by the same architect as the Garnier Opera in Paris. The architect has given the building the effect of a luminous halo using limestone for the facade. The theatre's interior is also very pleasant with light streaming in. The historic venue is a member of ROF ( assembly of French operas).
Capacity: 1200 people
This theatre of Neoclassical composition came about thanks to the inspiration from the Opera de Paris's facade. This venue is a source of permanent light due to the use of limestone.
It can host up to 1200 people.
